Thin Simple Syrup


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar


  1. In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil, then simmer until the sugar is dissolved, 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Store in airtight container.
  3. Will keep approximately 1 week in coldest part of refrigerator.
