Rich Syrup with Cane Sugar and Raw Honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups cane sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • Equal amount raw honey

 Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring cane juice and water to a boil, then simmer until the sugar is dissolved, 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
  3. Mix in equal amount of raw honey, stirring until completely incorporated. Store in airtight container.
  4. Will keep approximately 1 month in coldest part of refrigerator.
