- 2 Cups cane sugar
- 1 Cup water
- Equal amount raw honey
- In a small saucepan, bring cane juice and water to a boil, then simmer until the sugar is dissolved, 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
- Mix in equal amount of raw honey, stirring until completely incorporated. Store in airtight container.
- Will keep approximately 1 month in coldest part of refrigerator.
